This type of Flexible connector is made of several electrolytic grade copper sheets/foils overlapping each other.

The contact resistivity in between each folio is almost zero, hence millivolt drop across the connector is negligible.

These connectors are of very high electrical conductive materials due to excellent molecular bonds. They are also ideal for coupling in areas subject to vibration.

The welded connection ends can be drilled, cut, and/or milled as per the drawing.
